First State Inc.

First State Inc is a privately held company located in New Castle Delaware. Our company was originally started as P.J.’s Lawn Service in 1978 and changed names to First State Landscaping in 1984. In 1987 the name First State Inc. was adopted. Currently we have a Construction/Development division as well as a Horticultural Division. We have built over 75 homes as of the close of 2007. Our new homes range from starter homes to custom executive homes in size. No matter the size, location or price of a project we take on, they all share in one thing – “Concern for the highest level of construction quality available”.
