The Historic Village of Phillips Mill

When The Bale Group acquired the Phillips Mill complex in 2006, the vision of its president P.J. Bale Jr., was to preserve the historic spirit and create a residential complex architecturally inspired by the original structures.. P.J. dismantled the owner’s house and Miller’s house, then rebuilt them using parts of the original masonry shells and stayed true to the original footprints. The interiors are entirely new construction, with state-of-the-art materials and amenities. Not a single detail throughout these homes has been overlooked. Craftsmanship and quality are around every corner while keeping the feel of country living with the ultimate in modern conveniences everywhere. From inside, each home has a private view of the beautiful natural landscape that once was Miller’s haven.
